Privacy Notice

Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 922 dated March 5, 2020 declaring a State of Public Health Emergency in the Philippines; Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) – Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Joint Memorandum Circular No. 2020-04-A or the Supplemental Guidelines on the Workplace Prevention and Control of COVID-19; and the relevant directives of the Inter-Agency Task Force on Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) as well
as the National Task Force on COVID-19, DSPC requires all employees, customers, suppliers, contractors and visitors to submit a Health Questionnaire and competent proof of identification and/or to submit to contact tracing procedures prior to entering company premises.

Rest assured that all personal information presented shall be handled with the highest degree of confidentiality and retained only during the duration of the public health emergency, in the secure database of DSPC, while accomplished Health Questionnaires shall be securely disposed of after thirty (30) days from execution.

We may amend this Privacy Notice from time to time. When certain changes require your consent, we shall communicate the changes to you and ask for your consent. Otherwise, changes take effect immediately upon posting on this website.
